What does great EO leadership actually look like in practice, and whose job is it, anyway?
From trustees and employee council members to leadership and shareholders, shaping EO culture and driving commercial success is a shared responsibility.
But how do we balance commercial ambition with shared ownership without prioritising one at the expense of the other? And what happens when there is a perception gap between what leadership intends, what teams experience, and how colleagues actually want to engage post-transaction?
Expect a balanced, experience-led morning of reflection and sharing as we benefit from the varied perspectives of those across our EOCC community.
Through expert panels and dedicated breakout sessions, we will dive into:
