A Manchester-based digital marketing agency established in 2005. With a team of around 30 employee-owners, we’ve been employee owned since 2019 - and we’re proud to be one of the founding businesses behind Employee Ownership Community Catalyst.
We built Community Catalyst because we know the value of staying connected within the EO community. Sharing what’s worked (and what hasn’t) helps businesses grow stronger, and it gives people a clearer sense of what employee ownership can look like in practice.
